Girl-Kind supports girls to express themselves in every which way they can imagine. Processes of thinking, questioning and making are at the core of the experience, and girls go on to express their ideas in a multitude of ways.

 

Some dance or sing; write poetry or music. Some stitch, draw or sculpt. Many make media, both independently and as part of our collaboration with YWFA. Whatever they do, Girl-Kinder projects share a snapshot of what it feels like to be a girl in the North East. And while we share a number of them on these pages, their magic is best experienced so do join us at one of our events!
